FULL TIME BAKER

Role responsiblities include
- Baking different bread types, sourdough loaves, bagels, baguettes, english muffins, ciabatta etc
- Hand moulding
- Weighing flour and other ingredients to prepare dough
- Ordering
- Maintain high food safety standards

To be successful in this role we require the following
- minimum 1 year experience in a kitchen
- ability to work with a small and dedicated team
- passion for bread and desire to learn more
- attention to detail
