**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**

My client boasts a multitude of projects spanning $10 million - $25 million in value, specialising in bulk and detailed earthworks.

They are seeking a Foreman to drive projects forward, collaborate with team members and subcontractors. Must possess a great attitude, excellent problem-solving skills and willingness to be hands-on.

**ABOUT THE POSITION.**

As a Foreman, you'll be in charge of planning, coordinating, and keeping an eye on all the workers on-site. Your job is to make sure everything gets done safely, on time, and without overspending, as well as managing the tools and supplies needed for the job.

**DUTIES**
- Oversee all trades on site
- Assign tasks to team members and subcontractors
- Order all necessary materials
- Ensure everyone adheres to safety requirements
- Prestarts/toolbox talk
- Client management

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- Familiarity with bulk and detailed earthworks projects
- Understanding technical requirements
- Ability to increase productivity and moral of subcontractors
- Proven track record of projects delivered on-time
