Demand Planner

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated **Demand Planner** to join our team based at our WA Customer Service Centre in South Guildford on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Planning & Scheduling Manager, this individual will be responsible for medium to long term planning and forecasting ensuring full utilisation of the businesses systems with reporting to predict and plan for demand changes.

This individual will be responsible for the preparation and facilitation of Integrated Business Planning including production planning, parts constraint issues, stock, contingencies, supply strategy & constraint recommendations, reviews of implemented strategies etc.

**Roster**:Monday - Friday, 8.5 hrs/day - Full time Permanent

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Extensive experience with Business ERP systems.
- Strong expertise in planning and forecasting.
- Proficiency in equipment management systems (e.g., AMT, SAP) and planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Smart Sheet, Primavera, Uptake).
- Proven ability to train and develop individuals and teams, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Solid background in formal project management processes.
- Advanced skills in time management, planning, and organization, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and priorities effectively.
- Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
