Academic Tutor

**Erudite Tuition is looking for passionate tutors who are reliable and organised**

Our tutors will primarily be tutoring after school hours and/or on weekends. We have a fully integrated online platform from which tutors conduct lessons. For in person lessons, tutors will travel up to 15 minutes to the client's home or an agreed upon location. We also offer travel reimbursement for tutors which scales on distance travelled (applies to in-person lessons only). Ideally, tutors will be available to work at least 5 hours a week.

- For **in person lessons,** remuneration starts at **$40 p/hr increasing to $50 p/hr with bonuses available upon meeting certain KPI.** For **online lessons**, remuneration starts at **$30 p/hr, increasing to $40 p/hr** with bonuses available upon meeting certain KPI.

**Requirements**:

- Working with Children Check (WWCC) Certified
- Excellent communication skills and command of language
- Reliable, organised and approachable tutors who are able to work autonomously
- Own vehicle & tools of trade

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract, Casual
Part-time hours: 5 per week

**Salary**: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
