Maintenance Fitter

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting breakdown repairs to minimize downtime
- Recommending equipment improvements for efficiency, yield, and safety gains
- Enhancing system reliability through preventative and predictive maintenance
- Supporting engineering in cross-functional projects and installations
- Contributing to Continuous Improvement initiatives and ensuring maintenance records are up to date
- Providing solutions to production issues related to plant throughput

**Your Qualifications/Experience**:

- Trade qualifications in Mechanical Fitting (dual trade highly regarded)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial/manufacturing environments
- Strong commitment to EHS principles
- Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literacy and ability to read and mark up drawings
- Exposure to Lean and Six Sigma principles preferred
- Experience with robotic systems and computerized maintenance management systems (SAP) desirable
