**Join Our Team as a Hybrid Processor: Ensuring Quality and Efficiency in Inventory Management**

Platinum Health Supply is seeking a dedicated Hybrid Processor to join our team and play a pivotal role in our inventory management process. As a Hybrid Processor, you will be at the heart of ensuring that the inventory received from our suppliers is meticulously checked, processed, and distributed with the utmost accuracy.

**The Role: Ensuring Seamless Inventory Flow**

As a Hybrid Processor, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the inventory process from receipt to distribution. Your role involves careful scrutiny and meticulous execution at every step. Here's a snapshot of what you'll be doing:
**Step 1: Receivables & Quality Checking**

Upon receiving inventory from our suppliers, your attention to detail comes into play. You will:

- Compare the received inventory against invoices to identify any discrepancies.
- Engage in quality checks to ensure that all items meet our high standards.
- Verify the inventory against the Purchase orders raised in our system (DEAR).
- Check for any sales orders associated with the received inventory.
- Stamp invoices with "Received," date, and your initials.
- Capture photos of received items and upload them to the system.
- Update stock records in DEAR to reflect the new inventory.
- File the processed invoices for future reference.

**Step 2: Confirming Order & Stocking**
- For orders with no sales commitments, allocate inventory for stocking and shelving.
- For orders with active sales commitments, proceed to Step 3 (Fulfilment).

**Step 3: Fulfilment**
- Assemble and allocate additional stock for orders with active sales commitments.
- Authorize sales orders in the system (DEAR) and generate Picklists.
- Update DEAR's fulfilment status from Pick to Pack.
- Physically pack orders, including proper item placement and marketing materials.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and booking logistics.
- Collaborate with Quality Control (QC) for thorough order inspection.
- Update tracking details in DEAR and authorize fulfilment for shipment.

**Managing Damaged and Missing Items: Efficient Resolution**
- In case of damaged items, initiate immediate communication with the sales team.
- Document and photograph damaged goods, initiating communication with the supplier.
- If items are missing, follow a structured process to confirm and communicate.
- Collaborate with warehouse management and sales teams to address missing items.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $20.33 - $31.18 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
