**Responsibilities**

As a Safety Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of safety excellence across diverse residential projects. Collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure the highest safety standards are upheld.
- Develop and execute robust safety programs and policies, ensuring strict adherence to industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain a safe working environment, adhering to safety regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to integrate safety measures seamlessly into design and construction processes.
- Deliver comprehensive safety training to employees and contractors, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, conduct root cause analyses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Oversee the implementation of safety measures during construction projects, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
- Review construction plans and provide insights to enhance safety protocols.
- Coordinate safety drills and emergency response procedures.

**Qualifications**
- 3 years of work experience as a Safety Coordinator (commercial/residential construction)
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant safety certifications and qualifications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
