Certificate Iii

Whitehall is a 76 bed residential care facility.

We are seeking experienced Certificate III & Certificate IV Assistant in Nursing, Care Service Employees to join our team. The facility is an easy 5 minute walk from the Lindfield train station.

**Key responsibilities may include**:

- Providing a wide range of personal care services to residents, including all Activities of Daily Living
- Ensure the privacy and dignity of residents is maintained at all times and that all personal interactions reflect respect and compassion
- Recognise and respond to change in the condition of residents' health & well-being
- Implement continence programs
- Attend to routine checks, i.e. blood pressure, temperature, pulse, blood sugar ( competency based)
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout each shift using Manad documentation suite
- Assist in the development of resident care plans
- Participation in the Wellness & Lifestyle as part of your daily routine is required
- Multidisciplinary team approach is paramount

**Qualifications**
- II or IV in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
- Current First Aid Certificate

**Skills & experience**
- Previous experience in aged or community care
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work all shifts, including night shifts
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as the confidence to work independently
- Great organisation and time management skills
