**About Them**
Our client is the world’s largest independent renewable energy company, with a large national presence. They are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to support their team.

**About the Role**
Reporting directly into the Head of People & Culture, you will will have a pivotal role supporting employees and stakeholders in all aspects of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities to Include:

- Support the on-boarding process for new starters;
- Support cyclical events such as performance reviews, recognition programs, and employee engagement, to enable a positive people experience; and
- Coordinate termination paperwork to ensure compliance is achieved.
- Manage the visa and sponsorship process for existing employees, including any changes and ensuring appropriate follow up with an outsourced migration advisory team.
- Partner with P&C Team to complete regular P&C reporting activities including updating monthly dashboards and ad hoc reporting as requested.
- Support the team with recruitment activities
- Assist with employee surves, company meetings and other engagement activities across the business
- Service excellence - ensure the highest standard of care and service excellence in daily activities; provide prompt assistance in line with our values; and, demonstrate professional, ethical and respectful behavior and teamwork at all times.

**About You**

To be successful in this permanent Coordinator opportunity, you will be an experienced HR Coordinator who is team and service focused with proven success in managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

You will posses:

- Delivery oriented with safety first mindset.
- Collaborative and relationship focused in working within the P&C team.
- Adaptable with positive outcome focus.
- Confident and retains focus on activities to completion.
- IT Savvy, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly, and be proficient with Microsoft Office
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
