The Transformation Delivery within KPMG is a key part of our capability and has been involved in some of Australia’s key nation building reform and transformation programs. **Your Opportunity**
- Supporting KPMG Project Management Office teams ensuring that project planning, execution, dependencies and controls are properly integrated in large and complex transformation projects.
- Bringing together teams and capability from across our firm to work together to deliver major projects and programs.
- Providing leadership to build the capacity of our delivery teams and integrating capabilities from across the firm, to ensure client engagements are delivered to the highest quality by implementing the right program and project management disciplines.
- Successfully deliver client-based transformation programs.
- Leading either traditional or agile deliveries based on your deep practical knowledge of primary methodologies such as Prince2/MSP and Scrum/SAFe.

- Experience in using the latest Porfolio, Program and Project management tools and techniques.
- Enjoy complexity and ambiguity and bringing innovative ideas to deliver quality outcomes
- Certification in Methods such as PRINCE2, AGILE, PMBOK, MSP, MOP.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Background and interest in one or more of the following disciplines:

- Portfolio, Program or Project management
- Operating Model transformation
- Governance - tactical, operational and strategic
- Scheduling
- Risk & Issue Management
- Benefits Management
- IT Service Management and Transition Management
- Project review or assurance

Ideally you bring one or several of the following:

- Professional certification in methods such as PRINCE2, Agile, PMBOK, Managing Successful Programmes or Management of Portfolios.
- Procession certification such as practicing project manager through the Australian Institute of Project Management or the Project Management Institute.
- Industry experience in either: Government; Energy, Mining & Property, Financial Services or Corporates
