This role is for an immediate start.

**Must be an Australian citizen/Permanent Resident**

**About the role**
- Experience with sales in the motor industry (towbars and/or trailers and car parts is a bonus)
- Be a passionate customer service expert, with previous retail and/or customer service experience who loves assisting customers with a range of enquiries.
- Have the physical capacity to perform the duties required of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature)
- Hold a valid driver’s licence
- Be flexible with work days and hours (We open 6 days a week)

**Duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:

- Welcome and interact with customers in a friendly manner.
- Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate and explain the products, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs.
- Assist customers with purchase choices.
- Retrieve merchandise from the sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations, ensuring the store is fully stocked at all times & place special orders where needed.
- Collect payment using the POS - store point of sale system, and follow end of day procedures.
- Processes returns and exchanges.
- Perform additional duties as required.

**Skills and experience**
- Excellent customer service
- To be proactive and confident to load and unload stock on shelves
- Ability to learn new procedures and multi-task
- Preferred forklift licence for loading and unloading stock from trucks
- Must hold a current NSW licence
- Friendly phone manner
- Willing to work alternate Saturdays (where required)
- Team player that is punctual and reliable

Pay: $23.17 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
