Concrete Foreman

rates starting at $45 per hour

**360 Personnel** are seeking a
**Foreman** for a precast concrete yard, full time position. This is a hands-on roll where your experience will be required for training staff and achieving daily targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing all Factory employees from Reinforcement and concrete preparation, placement, finishing, and Quality of overall product.
- Dividing daily production into different stages and evaluating how much labour is required to be disbursed through the factory to achieve daily production.
- Quality Assurance of plans to ensure that all concrete products are made to compliance by checking all pre pour and post-pours.
- Delegating tasks to all employees whilst providing overall guidance and training required when necessary.
- Disciplining of all factory staff if/when required
- Controlling Housekeeping whilst controlling production
- Strong consciences of WHS requirements.
- Facilitate Daily Pre-start Toolbox Meetings
- Reporting on daily progress to the Production Manager

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working as a Concrete Foreman
- 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- The ability to interpret Engineer plans.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills and carry a positive can do attitude.
- Excellent management and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work Overtime and Saturdays when required.
