**Job Description**:
Turner & Townsend is currently recruiting for Cost Managers / Quantity Surveyors within our Real Estate team to support on a range of exciting projects in our Canberra office.

Turner & Townsend will give you the opportunity to work with world class clients on cutting edge projects and to build a successful career with a company that will offer the highest levels of support at every stage.

In a Quantity Surveyor role, you will have knowledge in:

- Estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan to the Client
- Inputting into value engineering
- Manage project profitability
- Assist with bid writing and negotiation of our contracts
- Being responsible for project deliverables and ensuring governance is followed
- Producing monthly post contract cost reports and presenting them to the client
- Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages

**Qualifications**:

- A proven track record of delivering high quality cost management/quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle
- Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time.
- Utilising digital software for delivery of cost management services
- Recognised degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar. Preferable RICS or AIQS accredited
- Full working rights and be currently in Australia
