**Looking for an Event Coordinator Superstar**

Join an Event Decor Styling Business in Gold Coast.

Position Description
- Offer support for the provision of quotations, visual representations, and delivery of confirmed events.
- Co-ordinate details for specific events as confirmed.
- Ensure administrative and operational issues and systems addressed and implemented as required.
- Written and verbal contact with clients regarding pre-production issues
- Source appropriate suppliers.
- Costing of cross-hires at conceptual stages.
- Liaise with venue for details pertaining to the styling aspect of an event as required.
- Other administrative duties as required.
- Stock take and cataloging of products.
- Assist in the warehouse when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- event: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)
