Hatch is supporting MongoDB to find a great Software Engineering Internship - Summer 2023/2024 (Sydney) to join their Software Engineering team. **About the role at MongoDB**

We’re seeking curious minds like yours to collaborate with full-time engineers and cross functional teammates, learn development standard methodologies, and gain practical software engineering experience. Interns are fully integrated software engineers who spend the summer pushing production-level code to make lasting contributions to our engineering teams.

**Seniority**

**Entry Level** - A role for someone with underlying potential, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically no direct experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Frontend Application Development - Develop, test, and maintain the user-side elements of a website or app
- Testing and QA - Ensure high quality work by testing code meets the requirements

**Strengths**
- Attention to detail - Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables
- Collaboration - Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals
- Numerical problem solving - Works with numerical information and performs mathematical calculations to solve problems
