- **We are on the hunt for someone to work with our client in their laboratory business unit**

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client's expanding team You will be responsible for following up enquiries from customers, selling laboratory products, and assisting customers to find creative solutions.

**Duties of the role include**:

- Sales of equipment via phone and electronic mail to customers and potential customers
- Using CRM and SAP systems to manage customer relationships - manage enquiries, quotes and orders
- Managing customer enquiries - inbound and outbound calls with no cold calling
- Help to develop a strong pipeline and find creating solutions for customers
- Engage with field sales representatives to produce qualified leads
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to assist in continuous improvement projects and company campaigns
- Assisting with marketing activities
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Solid ability to use the web and electronic tools (experience using SAP advantageous)
- Enthusiastic personality and an inquisitive mind with the ambition to succeed
- Bachelor of Science or similar qualification is ideal
- Australian citizenship or Australian permanent residency
