Fabulous role for Community Support Worker - In this role you will be caring for a client who’s primary language is Italian, therefore an inherited requirement of this role is that you are fluent in Italian.

**About the Role**

We are currently recruiting for a Community Support Worker to provide support to a client in Narre Warren.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Maintain a person-centred approach when working with all participants to promote independence and maximise choice and control
- Ensure records of all shift service delivery activities are recorded
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality at all times
- Adhere to all Core Behaviours of Absolute Care & Health

**About You**
We are seeking someone who values the values of compassion and empathy to create a feeling of family unity, whereby each person can be an individual with the help and support of others.

You will bring a minimum of 1 year of experience needed as a Support Worker, with strong knowledge in Person-Centred Approach and active engagement.

Above all you will be motivated, flexible, and able to work collaboratively with our home care team.

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Certificate 3 in Aged Care or equivilent
- Working with Children’s Check (Employee)
- Full Covid Vaccinations
- Car and Driver’s Licence
- CPR & First Aid
- Valid Working Rights in Australia
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Current Police Check (Not a Name check)

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
