Programme Scheduler

Our Fed Gov client is actively seeking a talented and experienced Program Scheduler to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of a complex Program of work.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Program Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of the Program through effective schedule management. Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with Project Managers to design, develop, and manage Programme and project schedules.
- Aligning activities, deliverables, and milestones with Programme objectives, ensuring realistic and achievable timeframes.
- Monitoring and managing interdependencies, proactively identifying and escalating issues and risks.
- Working across multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with common outcomes.
- Contributing to the design, development, and implementation of integrated schedules.
- Preparing and delivering high-level briefings, reports, and specialist advice.
- Building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Representing the Programme, division, and agency in various meetings and forums.
- Actively managing schedules, including identifying and escalating issues and risks.
- Developing staff to enhance agency-wide capability for succession planning.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience in Project Scheduling.
- Ability to obtain a baseline security clearance (if required).
- Designing and implementing an integrated Master Programme Schedule for a complex programme.
- Preparing and delivering high-level briefings, reports, and corporate documents.
- Building relationships with stakeholders across various levels.
- Representing the programme, division, and agency in diverse meetings and forums.
- Proactively managing schedules, including identifying and escalating issues and risks.
- Developing staff to enhance agency capability for succession planning.

**Eligibility**:

- Must be an Australian citizen to be able to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance

**Rate**:

- $1000.00 - 1100.00 per day inc Super
