**Location: Wyndham Vale, VIC**

Looking for a vibrant and energetic support worker who can engage a child with difficult behaviors. My 9 and a half year old daughter has complex needs with a diagnosis of Autism level 3, GDD, Hypotonia, and a rare medical condition. She mobilizes with either her wheelchair, walker, or crutches. Training will be provided regarding her health condition and disabilities.

At this stage, I need a reliable worker who can do school drop-offs, and drive to appointments. This support worker will also be able to engage my daughter to do her physio therapy homework, and "get her off her ipad."

**Essential criteria**:
Current First Aid and CPR

Driver's license with own car

Experienced in complex and difficult behaviors

**Desirable**:
Allied Health or Nursing background

**Pay rate**:
$40 per hour weekdays

$45 per hour Saturdays

$50 per hour Sundays

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $40.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 10 per week

**Benefits**:
