**The Opportunity**:
Leading Hand to join the Operations team in the Woodlawn site. The Mechanical Biological Treatment Facility is a resource recovery site based in Tarago NSW 2580 and currently processes municipal solid waste (MSW), food organics and green organics (FOGO) for site rehabilitation of the Woodlawn Eco Precinct.

This is a permanent full-time role working from Monday - Friday on a weekly rotating roster from 5:00am to 2:00pm and 2:00pm to 11:00pm with overtime available.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Supervise the day to day operation of the Woodlawn MBT MSW operations to ensure the completion of work safely and efficiently, in accordance with customer expectations and performance targets
- Work with the Woodlawn MBT Operations Supervisor to achieve effective communication throughout the MBT Facility and equitable management of employees
- Organise the work and tasks of assigned MSW Operations team
- Encourage the development of positive behaviours in staff.

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Drivers licence Class C (HR or HC desirable)
- Overhead gantry crane competency
- Trommel Screen operating experience
- Front end loader Competency
- Demonstrated experience in operating heavy machinery
- Demonstrated experience monitoring and supervising staff within an operational/process
- Environment
- Demonstrated experience with automated production plants (SCADA system operation, Conveyor systems ) will be highly regarded
- Certificate IV in WHS (Desirable)
