Our Major Projects division within Corporate Services is seeking to appoint a **Consultant Analyst **to join our newly established consulting team.
In this role, you will report to the Management Consultant and undertake problem analysis and research, identifying pain points, establishing solutions to policy, process, people or technology. You will define delivery options to inform investable business cases for projects that will improve efficiency, enhance customer service, and reduce cost.
You will engage with diverse stakeholders’ groups and facilitate effective workshops to drive customer centric requirements gathering
**About you**
You will have experience in a similar role either in consulting firm or an inhouse function. You will be adept at research and analysis of existing businesses including products/services, customers, competitors, processes and metrics. Your ability to facilitate workshops and develop strong stakeholder relationships will see you succeed in this role. Experience in acceleration zone workshops is preferred.
