**Strategy & Execution**
- Design and manage the process for solution design for assigned opportunities
- In consultation with sales, customers, and transition and implementation teams, identify, assess, and agree solution options to ensure that the customers’ business requirements are met.
- Prepare necessary documentation of the solution.
- Present options to clients, critically assess requirements and challenge where appropriate. Provide recommendations to customers that meet both the needs of the customer and Decipha.
- Manage detailed requirements gathering, including the facilitation of workshops and other client meetings for both presales and detailed solution design.
- Ensure the solution design is commercially viable for Decipha and meets the customer needs, by contributing to the pricing, negotiation, agreement of terms and conditions
- Facilitate customer workshops to uncover opportunity and drive customer outcomes for Decipha.
- Escalate deliverable issues to the Senior Business Consultant.
- When solution issues are escalated, communicate with both internal (e.g. sales and product) and external parties (e.g. solution vendors) to identify the best solution that meets our business and customer needs.
- Deliver ‘C level’ immersion sessions to understand customer/market needs which align to solution design.
- Provide customer insights and research to the product teams and be pro-actively involved in the evolution of offering and innovation cycle.
- Engage business and solutions architects to ensure that architecture deliverables are aligned to the overall technology strategies, blueprints, and roadmaps while also providing pragmatic, valuable solutions to customer needs.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with sales, IT stakeholders, and others across the broader Australia Post Group.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and policy obligations.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and methodology for the benefit of Decipha and the client.
- Lead the delivery of new solutions (as required)

**Financial (e.g. budget expenditure, revenue, lending authority, profit targets etc.)**
- Deliver value to the customer contributing to growth and increased share of wallet.
- During Post-Sales, accountable for facilitating all aspects of the solution from IT to Pricing in order to “bring the solution together” and produce a Solution Design Document and deployment
