Are you an experienced Sprinkler Fitter looking for a role with a company that has opportunities to develop your career? Chubb Fire & Security are seeking a Sprinkler Fitter to join our team based in Salisbury.
We are an Industry-leading Fire and Security Company with a strong existing Commercial, Industrial, and Government client base. The role will be responsible for servicing and commissioning fire protection systems in the area, and delivering excellence, predominantly working with commercial and industrial clients.
Key responsibilities of the role:
Identify, service, and repair fire protection and safety systems and equipment
Complete and provide evidence of maintenance performed on equipment in an accurate and legible manner, using systems including handheld technology
Participate in stock takes and be responsible for inventory management
Complete reports
Survey customer premises and recommend fire protection and safety systems and equipment
To be successful in the role, you will be required to have:
Experience as a qualified Sprinkler Fitter, working in the Fire Protection Industry
Up-to-date product and industry knowledge, and an understanding of where to locate the relevant information
A sound knowledge of the applicable Australian Standards relevant to Fixed Systems fire protection equipment
A technical or engineering competency with the ability to complete identified company, industry and occupational training and accreditation
A great attitude and willingness to deliver for our customer and client base
