- Mulgrave location
- Excellent part time hours - 3 days per fortnight - this is how work should be (every Wednesday and alternate Monday)
- Successful company with over 70 years business
- Niche engineering products
- Small friendly down to earth team - about 8 in workshop and 4 in office
- YOU will handle: some admin support(scanning and document collation): accounts payable and receivable; together with a small payroll - they have an external accountant that does the rest
- This is a varied role for a small company - it is not complicated but they will rely on you to get the job done
- You need to know accounts - AP and AR - previous experience essential - if you dont know payroll they will teach and train on systems
- Good broad knowledge of word excel and outlook needed
- Temp to start but possible perm
- Negotiable hourly rate to start
