Due to internal progression, our great coastal pub Kings Beach Tavern is looking for a new Entertainment driven Venue Manager to lead the team.

Located on the Sunny Coast just minutes from the beach, The newly renovated Kings Beach Tavern is one of the biggest live music destinations on the Coast, this venue requires a manager with a passion and drive to deliver exceptional experiences that can lead from the front

What's on Offer:

- Fantastic salary $95,000 - $100,000+Plus Super

**Essential requirements**:

- 3+ years in a Venue Manager role
- Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Ability to generate revenue building ideas throughout all aspects of the business
- Have a strong financial understanding of wage costing & P&L's
- Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
- Write and control an effective roster
- Ability to stocktake and investigate stock loss
- Order and maintain par levels within beverage department, food department and venue consumables
- Train, performance manage, and motivate staff
- Recruit and induct new staff members into the business
- Work with and communicate effectively to all departments within the Head Office team
- Be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully
- RLMV, Approved Managers License, CLO & Gaming Nominee

**Salary**: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
