Overview:
**The Opportunity**:
Due to an internal promotion, we are offering a Corporate Receptionist and Administrator position within our Corporate Team, based in our contemporary office in Brisbane CBD. Reporting to the Operational Support Service Team Leader, you will support the branch with in-house reception duties, a variety of administrative tasks, meeting coordination, inbox management and events.
Where no day is the same, this is a great opportunity to represent Gallagher Bassett and to broaden your experience into a role with variety.
**Responsibilities**:
**In this role, you will**:
- Manage the branch reception, both with greeting visitors and directing in-bound calls
- Coordinate travel bookings, reimbursements and reconciliations, etc
- Undertake general office and administrative duties
- Assist with the development of presentations and packs for the Corporate team
- Create regularly written communications for the business such as business updates and newsletters
- Monitor and report all building maintenance issues and support with resolution where required
- Provide back office support including assisting with office events and other duties as required
Qualifications:
