**The Role**:
As the first point of contact, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of our clinic. Your role is essential in creating a positive experience for every client who walks through our doors or calls our reception. You’ll handle a wide variety of responsibilities, from managing appointments to supporting our practitioners and ensuring the smooth operation of our busy clinic.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys helping people, and is a pro at multitasking.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming reception experience for clients.
- Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries with accurate information about our services.
- Schedule appointments, manage bookings for clinicians and rooms, and support day-to-day operations.
- Process payments and handle transactions with efficiency.
- Keep our clinic looking great - clean, tidy, and organised.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including maintaining contact lists and databases.

**Key Qualities We Value**:
- Excellent communication skills - you’re clear, confident, and compassionate, especially with clients who may be in pain or distress.
- Strong organisational skills - you can juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in the health or wellness sector is a bonus but not required.
- A self-starter who works well independently but also thrives as part of a team.
- Professional, courteous, and always maintaining appropriate boundaries with clients.
