**What will you be doing?**
- Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere in the reception area.
- Register patients, collect accurate demographic and insurance information, and update the electronic medical records system.
- Schedule appointments, coordinating availability and ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information to patients and referring physicians.
- Verify patient insurance coverage and process Medicare and health fund billing accurately and efficiently.
- Collect and process payments, reconcile cash, and maintain financial records.
- Prepare and maintain patient charts, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Coordinate with the radiology staff to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient delivery of services.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including managing patient forms and educational materials.
- Collaborate with other receptionists and medical professionals in a supportive and team-oriented environment.

**What experience are we looking for?**
- Previous experience dealing with Medicare and Health Fund Billing
- Previous experience within radiology is desired
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a medical centre
- Polished presentation and impeccable customer service
- Warm and friendly personality
- A proactive attitude
