The day to day...
- You'll work with a team of designers, an Associate Design Director and a Head of Design to create design ideation, concepts, assets and presentations that are of high quality and challenge the norm.
- You'll be responsible for maintaining world-class creative design skills and standards.
- You'll also work collaboratively with others in the business - art directors, writers, strategists, data, UX, tech - to bring new thinking and design solutions to the table.
- You'll research and explore latest and emerging design trends, sharing this knowledge with the team.
- You'll participate in workshops, design critiques, team meetings and client presentations.

Your background...
- 3-4 years design experience across a mix of design disciples - brand, digital, campaign, etc.
- A solid understanding of design processes, design ideation and thinking.
- A solid skillset of design principles such as typography, layout, colour, grid systems, etc.
- A passion for brand design and identity creation.
- A solid knowledge of Adobe's Creative Suite and a high proficiency in Figma.
- A curiosity for learning skills beyond design (illustration/motion/user experience/code/business).
- Skilled in design ideation and thinking. You can conceptualise an idea and then express it visually.
