Overview of the Role

We are now looking for a career minded and goal orientated individual that wants to start their career or carry on their existing career as a Service Advisor at our Camden Valley Motors Service Centre.

**YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR**:
Greeting and booking in customers

Writing and Invoicing customer paper work

Face to Face and phone enquiries.

Supply general advice/quotations

Following up customer requirements

Updating customers on their service or repair

Booking customer's for service and repair work

Utilising our internal computer system

Liaising with clients about their cars needs

Organising loan cars and ensuring correct paperwork is filled out

Follow all internal processes and procedures

**The successful applicant must have**:
Able to quickly adapt to the ever-changing technologies across a wide range of vehicles

Adhering to checklists and quality control standards

A team player who is focused on providing exemplary quality service

Ability to mentor / provide guidance to junior technicians

Keep up to date with mandatory factory training

Excellent communication skills oral & written.

Be mature, punctual with a strong work ethic.

Reliable, conscientious, adaptable and customer focused

A current drivers licence
