Marketing Operations & Technology Manager

The Marketing and Corporate Affairs (MCA) Strategy, Operations and Technology Centre of Excellence is part of the broader MCA team. Our purpose is to drive the strategic technology and operations direction, setting the approach for the function and to enable our teams to achieve excellence now and in the future, by providing technology, processes and tools aligned to the MCA technology and operations roadmap.

Your team is Operations and Technology (Ops & Tech). Our purpose is to enable better customer and business outcomes by driving efficiency, effectiveness and by mitigating risk through managing centralised high-level marketing processes, implementing and optimising MCA MarTech, and providing expertise and support for delivery of prioritised technology initiatives.

**Do work that matters**

The key area of focus for this role is to provide management and support for marketing's technology (MarTech) platforms, and to support our teams to proficiently use these platforms to meet process, and risk requirements and business objectives. The role requires a blend of technical proficiency, problem solving, critical thinking and excellent communications skills, plus a customer service mindset and the ability to multi-task and prioritise work.

**On any given day, you will**:

- Be the first point of contact providing day-to-day support for Adobe Workfront and Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform users' administrative, technical and support needs; address questions, troubleshoot issues, manage passwords, provide technical assistance and drive the adoption of best practices
- Be responsible for the day-to-day management and system support of Adobe Workfront & DAM to meet business needs, including setup and maintenance of workflows, regular audit of system set-up and user feedback to ensure implementation is meeting expectations. Adjust as needed to improve user experience and metrics
- Be responsible for the triage, tracking and resolution of the Ops & Tech mailbox and support tickets
- Drive Workfront & DAM user adoption and proficiency. Develop training materials, deliver training sessions and support new and existing users, ensuring they are equipped to utilise the systems effectively
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards and documentation on system configurations, processes, and best practices
- Provide administrative support for MCA's SharePoint Online site MCA Central, including author management, training, content audit and uplift
- Collaborate with Marketing and other Business Units, IT, 3rd Party Suppliers and Risk

**We're interested in hearing from people who possess**:

- Minimum 3+ years in a Marketing Operations/Marketing Technology role and/or experience drawn from a variety of disciplines including marketing, operational process, MarTech, risk and customer/technical support
- Experience using or supporting Adobe Workfront & DAM or other MRM (Marketing Resource Management) platform and SharePoint online preferred
- Proven experience in front facing/customer facing/marketing facing stakeholder engagement with senirexecutive leaders
- Experience creating and delivering user training and support materials
- Experience and understanding of risk and risk management
- Experience using critical thinking and good judgement to problem solve
- Attention to detail with strong time management and prioritisation skills, and ability to prioritise and drive initiatives with multiple deadlines
- Workfront certification or Workfront System Admin experience an advantage. Marketing experience highly desirable
