**About the role**

**AHA-2** The Allied Health Assistant (AHA) works under the direction of allied health professional staff (AHP), assisting with the provision of allied health services, including clinical service delivery to CALHN patients, and contributing to the safe, efficient and professional operation of allied health services. These lead to improved clinical outcomes for the patients of the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN), including the Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH), the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (TQEH), Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre (HRC) and community and ambulatory services or programs.

**TGO-2 **The Seating Technician works under the direction of Senior Occupational Therapy staff, and is responsible for the provision of clinical Seating Services to the clients of Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre and other CALHN sites as appropriate. The incumbent liaises daily with occupational therapists, other allied health professionals (AHPs), allied health assistants (AHAs), nursing staff and outside service provides, as may be necessary. The incumbent provides guidance to technical support personnel and external providers. This leads to improved clinical outcomes for the patients of the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN), including the Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH), the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (TQEH), Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre (HRC) and community and ambulatory services or programs.
