EQUANS has a fantastic opportunity for a HR Graduate to join the Human Resources team in Fairfield, Vic. Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Graduate will be responsible for providing the business with Human Resources support heavily focused on recruitment activities, ensuring individual contractual arrangements are managed in accordance with the relevant legislation. - Role overview_
- Provide day to day support and guidance to Managers and Employees with generalist Human Resources activities
- Ensure the timely completion of HR reporting
- Support the annual HR calendar of events
- Preparation and review of employee letters of offer in accordance with relevant industrial instruments and employment law
- Prepare and place internal and external job advertisements for approved vacancies
- Develop and maintain relevant position descriptions for the various roles within the business
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Specialist with recruitment
- Assist with arranging relevant internal / external training and development activities
- Assist in the development and review of Human Resources related policy and procedures
- Support the Annual Performance Review process and subsequent development and succession planning activities for the business
- Support the Human Resources Business Partners / Advisors with their HR activities
- Support the Human Resources Team with Training and Development activities, training sessions and administration of the training records
- Assist in ANZ Human Resources activities including project work as nominated from time to time
- Prepare HR reports in line with monthly deadlines
- Manage onboarding of new hires, including setup of inductions and new starter paperwork
- Manage the apprenticeship profiling, BAC / incentive program and apprenticeship training contracts
- Collation and provision of new starter paperwork to payroll in a timely manner

- Skills & experience required _
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Recources
- Minimum of 1+ years administration or recruitment experience
- Ability to support recruitment, training & development, and performance management activities
- Ability to research industrial relations legislation and topics of interest to drive the outcome of project activities
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Great attention to detail and time management skills
