**The Opportunity
Our purpose is to provide independent assurance over the key controls for our business within the network of over 1,200 Supermarkets. As a Store Auditor you will report to the Audit Manager, with responsibility for the planning, execution and continuous improvement the operational audit program. Execution includes the efficient and effective completion of in-store testing across the Woolworths operational businesses and managing local, regional and state management representatives.

This role is based in Victoria; however will require intrastate and interstate travel. A degree in a related discipline will be highly regarded. The right applicant will be able to demonstrate strong writing skills and be naturally curious about business controls and processes.

**What you'll do
- Execute operational audits identifying and assessing key controls
- Present audit findings in both written and verbal format, clearly communicating to various levels of management.
- Complete root cause analysis of internal control breakdowns.
- Identify, recommend and support operational improvements in Internal Audit's own processes and tools.
- Perform timely follow up of issues to ensure agreed actions have been effectively implemented.
- Act as an ambassador during audit engagement and whilst engaging with various levels of management

**What you'll bring
- Experience within an FMCG environment and auditing.
- Abiltity to work with limited direction in ambiguous and changing environments.
- Ability to work in fast paced environments, execute with quality and timeliness.
- Have a high standard of written and verbal communications skills and the ability to engage and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrate analytical and critical thinking capabilities and an ability to interpret and analyse data. Must be able to travel at a minimum one week per month and intra and/or interstate.
