Position Purpose
The primary purpose of this position is to carry out all administration, business and customer service activities on assigned accounts or areas as directed. The Automotive Business Trainee is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and assistance in the co-ordination of product and service delivery at store level.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Remain vigilant in identifying unsafe or environmentally unsound practices and taking action to rectify
- Report to work fit for duty, and not affected by alcohol or drugs (in accordance with the Fitness for Work Policy)
- Participate in safety programs and improvements

Customer Service
- Cash handling

- Filing of paperwork - invoices, receipts, orders
- Dispatch freight orders via system
- Stock Replenishment
- Track and update stock levels.
- Ensure appropriate manual handling techniques are undertaken
Housekeeping / Maintenance
- General store cleaning and housekeeping
- **SALARY**
National Training Wage Award: $22,000 - $41,000 plus 11% Superannuation
- National Training Wage Award
- Fully Funded Qualification
