We provide a home for people requiring all levels of care. The organisation is highly regarded in the community. We currently have vacancies for part time Personal Care Assistants (PCA) at our Aged Care Facilities in Carrum Downs, Frankston and Wangaratta.

Our dedicated staff work with the same residents every day. This continuity allows for deep and trusting relationships to develop between residents, employees and families.

If you are able to:

- provide quality support to residents with their activities of daily living
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate team spirit
- Complete reporting and documentation based on Regis policies and procedures
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure the resident’s daily care is provided in a dignified manner
- Provide accurate documentation of daily care notes and observations as required
- Work closely with your team mates to ensure consistent care is provided to all our clients
- Escalate any issues or concerns to your Facility Manager

You are required to have the following:

- Certificate III in Aged Care or Certificate III in Individual Support.
- Availability to work at least three shifts per week, either AM, PM or night shifts weekday and weekends.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to older people and their families.
- Ability to understand and implement resident care plans.
- Ability to identify problems and a clear understanding of when to alert immediate supervisors.
- Demonstrated time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Pro-active and dedicated approach to deliver best practice care.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all matters.
- Able to demonstrate flexibility to workplace demands and a teamwork attitude.
