**About the Company and Role**:
A Local Government Council based in the northern suburbs is looking for assistance on a temporary based to perform administrative support for the Home Assist Program including supporting frontline reception duties from time to time, administration, finance and data entry

Provide administrative support to the Home Assist team for the efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Complete required client documentation including care notes, scheduling services, and incident reporting.
- Provide excellent customer service, offering support and information to residents in relation to their Home Assist Program needs
- Provide a frontline reception
- Undertake administration and reconciliation of daily banking as required.
- Create Purchase Orders and process contractor invoices as required.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience in a busy frontline reception and office administration environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus and commitment to quality customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated skills in entering and maintaining accurate data and statistics
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent computing skills including proficiency in Word, Excel and use of databases.
