The Rehabilitation and Return to Work Division of MedHealth consists of a diverse portfolio of brands, with multidisciplinary allied health teams, that support thousands of individuals across Australia each year to return to health, wellness and suitable employment following physical or psychological illness or injury.

As the Videographer for the Rehabilitation and Health Services Division, at MedHealth, you will provide engaging, quality video content for the division’s portfolio of brands. Aimed at helping to build the unique identity of each brand, bringing to life their positive impacts and promote a range of allied health career opportunities.

This is a creative, hands-on role where you will be able to lead on the generation of engaging, breakthrough video content for a range of digital channels, from conceptualising, story boarding, script writing to production and editing.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who is confident working with stakeholders across multiple brands, proactively and independently, who has a strong eye for detail, storytelling and portraying brand messaging in a genuine and engaging manner.

This role is part of a small, highly driven marketing team that is focused on delivering marketing projects that align with key business objectives that deliver tangible results.

**Day-to-day you will**:

- Lead and deliver end-to-end video projects that align with each brands’ business objectives
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders and the Marketing Communications Lead, to understand each businesses challenges and strategic needs in order to ideate and develop video content
- Ensure brand integrity and quality across videos
- Develop and maintain your own production schedule
- Provide periodical reporting on key metrics related to your videos
- Keep up-to-date with best practices and trends for video across digital channels
- Provide support to the Senior Marketing Communications Manager when required

**Qualifications**:
**Attributes and Experience**:

- Tertiary qualification in videography
- At least 3+ years’ professional experience in video production
- Experience in using Sony Alpha camera
- Ability to work independently and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experienced working across multiple brands and projects simultaneously
- Excellent understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
- Basic knowledge of Canva or willingness to learn
- Desirable but not essential - experience or interest in photography
