Then you could be the perfect Relief Clerk (AO3) for our service. Specifically, we’re looking for an administrative professional with previous medical records or administrative experience in a hospital/health care setting. Someone with demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills. Importantly, if you are an overseas resident with a temporary visa, please apply. This position will be open to you if no suitable Australian permanent resident or citizen is identified.

Here at Justice Health & Forensic Mental Health Network, this position is responsible for the provision of an efficient and effective health information and records service (HIRS) at The Network by ensuring the health care record is available to facilitate an optimal level of direct and indirect patient care. The position is also required to provide cover at all Metropolitan health centres across the Network when required. This role provides administrative support within the health centre and secretarial support for the Nursing Unit Manager. The role and responsibilities are to be carried out in a manner that is consistent with delegations, policies, procedures and operations systems of JH&FMHN, and in line with both the NSW Health Code of Conduct and JH&FMHN Code of Conduct.
