**The Role**
Our client is looking for a receptionist to provide that first point of contact on their main reception and overflow of phone calls.

Your duties will include:

- Front of house
- Meet and greeting clients
- Manage meeting room bookings
- Arrange tea/coffees when required for meetings
- General housekeeping of reception and meeting rooms

**About You**
Ideally you will have at least one to two years’ experience working as a receptionist within a law firm or professional business.

You will also have:

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build teams
- Excellent telephone and customer service manner
- The ability to handle pressure situations
- Good memory and clear thinking abilities
- Good listening skills
- The ability to maintain a professional appearance
