**How will I help?**

This position sits in the Product Quality and Continuous Improvement Squad of the Product and Partnerships Village within the Consumer Finance Line of Business.
- Key responsibilities include: _
- Performing data analytics to champion identification and subsequent rectification of major customer pain points relating to value propositions
- Performing investigative data analysis on relevant issues and incidents to ensure timely and complete closure
- Exploratory data analytics to identify, investigate, quantify and monitor vulnerabilities in product, process and systems that exposes the LOB to commercial, regulatory or operational risks
- Providing data-sourced insights towards advancement of the product and process simplification activities

**What do I need?**
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience in Data Analytics preferably in Product Analytics for Credit Cards or Personal Loans
- Knowledge and understanding of the internal workings of Credit Cards/Personal Loans products, features, terms and condition will be highly desirable
- Prior experience and understanding of VisionPlus/Hogan/LIS systems is desirable
- Tertiary qualifications (Maths/Statistics/Quantitative/Business/IT) or equivalent business experience
- Visualisation tools - Power BI / Tableau / Qliksense
