- Work on specialised maintenance tasks that will keep the landscape and grounds safe and clean.
- Ongoing, full-time VPS3 role in the picturesque locale of Cherry Creek.

The opportunity
- VPS 3 earning $73,842 - $89,661 (effective 1st March 2023) per year plus super.
- Work as a part of team providing maintenance services.
- Upkeep the green and other common areas of the facility.

Landscape and grounds maintenance officers will perform work requests across the precinct under direction of their manager. They will undertake duties to keep the green spaces trimmed and clean as required. This will include activities such as weeding, pruning, planting and leaf management. The Landscape and Grounds Maintenance Officers will be responsible for upkeep of play areas and common outdoor spaces this will include clearing of pathways and walkways.

To be successful in the role, you will have experience in landscape and ground maintenance with the appropriate certifications required to perform this role.
