**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
- Overseeing manufacturing and production processes.
- Creating and executing production schedules.
- Lead and implement safety, health, environment and quality requirements with support from national safety manager.
- Implementing process and procedures of quality & traceability.
- Maintainace of production equipment.
- Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity.
- Monitoring productivity rates, standards, and quality control.
- Training and coaching of staff / operators / maintenance staff.
- Knowledge of material requirements planning.
- Daily weekly and month end reporting
- Staff recruitment and hiring.

**PREFERRED SKILLS**
- Previous experience and/or knowledge of hay processing sites would be advantagous.
- Demonstrated experience in production management and machinery maintenance.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- Experience in mechanical and hydraulics systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate individuals.
- Attention to detail, excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Confident around software systems. Preferred experience with MEX environment.
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or Higher Education/Diploma

The role is a full-time permanent position based at the Yerecoin site in Western Australia. A generous salary package is on offer plus tools of the trade, accommodation including utilities and a vehicle.

**Salary**: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
