Project Coordintor

FIFO 2:1 Roster
- All travel, meals and accommodation provided
- $130-$140k + Super

Our client, a well
- established family owned business, who provides high quality installations, project management and commercial operations across Australia are seeking a FIFO Project Coordinator to join their growing team.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Attend/conduct prestart meetings with supervisors and crew
- Ensure supervisors have support and project requirements required
- Weekly project reports for management
- Monitor and record onsite QA requirements
- Scheduling and ordering of materials
- Scheduling of equipment maintenance
- Monitor and update programming to assist supervisors and crew to stay on program
- Monitor and ensure site safety requirements are met
- Maintain a good working relationship with the client
- Attend project meetings with the client as required

**To be considered for this role, you will have**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization, time management and problem solving skills
- An eagerness to be part of a team that strives to surpass our clients expectations every time
- Flexibility to travel when needed
- A trade or Degree level qualification in construction.
- A minimum 2 years industry experience as a contract administrator, project engineer, cadet or similar
