**About Us / Role**

Our Apprentice & Trainee Centre partner with some of Australia’s best companies to develop pathways for apprentices and /or trainees to move in to trades and technician level careers. We employ these apprentices and trainees and guide them and the host company through a rewarding journey of career development. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment consultant to join an established and growing team.

**The Role**

Working as the Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Support the admin function of the recruitment cycle
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare documentation for employment as required
- Respond to recruitment related queries

**To best succeed in this role you will;**
- Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work cohesively in a national and virtual team
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Available to attend events, and recruitment screening sessions off site
- A general desire to help people with their careers (Often an applicants first full time job)
- Relevant qualifications or experience in provision of career advice, career development or recruitment services will be highly regarded
