**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Land Economist to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Property Financing & Valuation**:

- Provide expert advice on property financing strategies, valuations, and market trends.
- Calculate property values, taking into account market demand, future trends, economic conditions, and potential use cases.
- Examine properties, select appropriate valuation methods, and submit comprehensive written assessments.
- **Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct in-depth research on land use, property administration, and market conditions to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze real estate investments, providing data-driven insights on profitability, market positioning, and future growth opportunities.
- Monitor emerging PropTech trends to identify new opportunities for innovation within the property sector.
- **Sales & Leasing Proposals**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales and leasing proposals for commercial properties, using technology to streamline processes and optimize returns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposals align with overall company goals and client requirements.
- **Asset & Portfolio Management**:

- Provide asset management services, including the administration, use, and optimization of land and property portfolios.
- Manage commercial property developments and investments, ensuring they meet financial and operational objectives.
- **Legal & Mediation Support**:

- Provide expert testimony in legal proceedings related to property valuation and land disputes.
- Act as a mediator on valuation matters and provide rental determinations for arbitration purposes.
- **Technology & Innovation**:

- Work closely with the product and technology teams to integrate data analytics, artificial intelligence, and automation into property valuation and portfolio management processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest PropTech advancements, leveraging technology to drive efficiencies in land economics and property management.
- **Location: SYDNEY**:

- **Salary range: AUD 74.000 to 90.000 plus super.**

Pay: $74,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
