Management Consultant

**At present we need a "Management Consultant" with a speciality in the field of Industrial Management.**

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The Management Consultant will be performing the following:

- Providing consultation to clients to implement an Integrated, Quality, Environmental, Work Health and Safety management system.
- Conducting observation of the management systems for our clients and providing solutions to enhance the efficiency of their systems.
- Analysing and evaluating Work Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality risks.
- Proposing proper control measures for the risks to the client’s businesses.
- Assisting clients in improving efficiency and enhancing their organisational knowledge of management procedures.
- Enhancing the performance assessment process for clients to address the organisational shortcomings, including external providers, customers and staffs performance.
- Collating observations, preparing work papers, determining and consulting on recommendations for improvement and reporting to the client’s key stakeholders, including senior management.
- Assisting clients with their business and strategic plans by developing proper objectives and targets to enhance organisational performance and use of resources.
- Conducting gap analysis in the clients policies and procedures and closing out gaps in their management system.
- Creating Process flowcharts and procedures by analysing the organisational procedures, manuals, and job descriptions.
- Assisting businesses in the proper implementation of the approved procedures, manuals, templates, and processes.
- Conducting compliance assessment with relevant obligations and regulations.

Education: Bachelor Degree or Higher in Management or related field

Experience: At least 2+ years, with at least 12 months experience in Australia is highly preferrable

Specialisation : Industrial Management

Work Rights: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or Full Work Rights Holder

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
