We are looking for multiple experienced Trainers and Assessors to deliver and assess, a range of accredited units within the below qualifications:

- Certificate III Customer Engagement
- Certificate III Supply Chain
- Certificate III Cleaning Operations
- Certificate III Business
- Certificate III Retail

**The job**:
The primary focus of this **casual/contractor** role is to support learners in acquiring the necessary skills and knowledge to enhance their employability and gain industry-recognized qualifications.
- **Deliver Training**: Plan, prepare, and deliver training sessions in the areas of Manufacturing/Warehousing, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and meets the needs of the learners and the industry.
- **Assessme**nt: Conduct fair and accurate assessments of learners' skills and knowledge through a range of assessment methods, both practical and theoretical, in line with industry standards and qualification requirements.
- **Bespoke Training Models**: Develop customized training programs to address specific industry and employer demands, catering to the individual needs of the learners.
- **Progress Monitoring**: Regularly monitor and evaluate the progress of learners, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their learning goals.
- **Accreditation**: Facilitate the accreditation process and ensure learners achieve recognized qualifications within agreed timescales.
- **Employment Support**: Actively engage with learners to provide guidance and support in finding suitable employment opportunities, assisting them in their transition to the workforce.
- **Collaborative Partnerships**: Work in collaboration with referral partners, to ensure a seamless learner journey and effective support for learners.
- **Quality Assurance**: Comply with quality assurance and regulatory requirements to maintain the integrity of the training and assessment process.

**About you**

You will be a driven and passionate professional and you will also possess the following:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment—**TAE40116**. Tertiary qualifications in any of the qualifications listed above.
- A minimum of two years recent relevant experience and/or relevant industry currency.
- Experience in facilitating to participants of varying backgrounds.
- **Self-drive and reliable**, with the ability to **work independently** and organise tasks to meet **tight deadlines**.
- **_Current Driver's License is essential_**. You can be based anywhere in Australia as long as you are willing to travel within or interstate.
