**The Role**:

- The portfolio size will be juggled to fit your experience
- Liaising with strata owners, committee members and real estate agents
- Preparing budgets, meeting agendas and minutes
- Attending and chairing meetings (AGM, EGM, SCM)
- GREAT SUPPORT - they have a repairs & levies team - arrears & debts collection team as well
- Drafting and issuing breach of by-laws letters and formal notice to comply
- Assisting with the management of junior staff members
