**The Role**

As a Paralegal in the Banking & Finance team, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end file management within the residential lending team. This 12-month contract position provides a platform for you to showcase your expertise in:

- **Documentation Excellence**: Assessing instructions and preparing mortgage documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
- **Client Collaboration**: Liaising with clients, solicitors, funders, and external parties to ensure seamless transactions.
- **Process Optimisation**: Arranging settlements using both paper and PEXA, preparing accounts' paperwork, and finalising registrations.
- **Compliance**: Ensuring security documentation is returned within specified service levels

**About You**

This role is tailor-made for an individual who will thrive in a vibrant and collaborative environment and possess the following:

- **Experience**:A minimum of 3 years of expertise in the Property or Banking sector is required to be successful in this role, preferably as a Paralegal
- **Client Focus**:Exceptional client rapport and relationship-building skills to deliver unparalleled service
- **Organisation**:Meticulous attention to detail, organisational skills and a passion for structure and process will see you fit right in
- **Team Player**:Proven ability to manage files end to end while working collaboratively is a must
- **Communication**:Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders is a pre-requisite when it comes to landing this unique role
- **Deadline-driven**:A proactive and flexible approach to work will set you apart, as will the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
